Vermicompost and Waste Management Training

Vermicomposting is an eco-friendly process of producing compost using earthworms. This process improves the physical and chemical properties of the soil, enhancing its fertility and biological quality. It provides an accessible and sustainable alternative for women to manage household organic waste effectively. To promote this practice, the Women Empowerment Centre conducted a Vermicompost and Waste Management Training, supported by Tewa with a grant of NPR 100,000.
