A two-month Shoe-Making Training was organized by the Small and Cottage Industry Training Centre from 23 April 2019 to 23 June 2019 AD with 14 participants. The objective was to provide practical manufacturing skills that could lead to sustainable self-employment. Participants learned to design, cut, and assemble shoes, gaining valuable technical and entrepreneurial knowledge. The training empowered participants to explore local market opportunities and contributed to promoting small-scale production and women-led business initiatives.
