Three-Month ECDF (Montessori) Training

Under the support of Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), WEC organized a three-month ECDF Montessori Training from 28 February 2019 to 29 June 2019 AD with eight women participants. The program aimed to build professional capacity in early childhood education and prepare participants to work in Montessori-based preschools. The training covered teaching methods, classroom management, and child development approaches. Graduates of the program are now equipped to contribute to quality early childhood learning in their communities.
