The second year will serve as a prototype phase, emphasizing product development, branding, and market linkage to support income generation. This project aims to promote sustainable livelihoods, zero-waste innovation, and women’s economic empowerment.
Analog Forest
Analog Forest is in its third year, the initiative has successfully restored greenery and revitalized the local ecosystem. Building on this progress, the upcoming phase will focus on integrating livelihood and income generation opportunities for the surrounding communities. By promoting sustainable harvesting, value-added forest products, and eco-friendly enterprises, the project aims to ensure both environmental conservation and economic empowerment, especially for women and marginalized groups.
Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development Training
WEC is organizing an Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development Training at SS College following the Dashain-Tihar holidays. The program will engage 20 to 30 participants, with expert mentorship from professionals based in Japan and Nepal. This course will focus on voice projection, clarity, content delivery, and stage presence, enabling participants to effectively advocate for their causes and represent their communities.
Stall Participation for Fundraising
WEC will actively participate in fundraising through stalls at various events and venues. These stalls will showcase local women’s products, promote sustainable crafts, and help generate income to support ongoing programs.
