ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

This mandatory training was designed for general members, lifetime members, and employees of WEC. Conducted by Mr. Ram Sharan Poudel, the session focused on strengthening the organization’s internal systems and formulating policies for its smooth functioning. Funded by TEWA with NPR 500,000, the program was attended by 36 participants. A product stall was also set up during the event, generating sales of NPR 1,660.
