A Leadership and Capacity Development Training was organized for women of Ward No. 7, Aiselukharka Rural Municipality, Khotang District from 31 January to 10 February 2021 (2077/10/18 to 2077/10/28). The training included sessions on public speaking, literacy, and organizing formal and informal programs. A total of 40 women from Aiselukharka benefited from this program, gaining confidence and leadership skills to take active roles in their communities.
