The Doll Training program was conducted with the objective of developing creative and income-generating skills among adolescent girls below 18 years of age. The training was organized for 14 days, from July 20, 2018 to August 4, 2018 (2075/04/05 to 2075/04/20), with the participation of 15 girls. During the training, participants learned the process of making different types of handmade dolls, including pattern cutting, stitching, and decoration. The sessions were interactive and skill-oriented, fostering confidence and motivation among the girls to use their newfound skills as a means of empowerment and economic independence.
