The Women Empowerment Centre has also been conducting a Crystal Mala Training to enhance the creative and entrepreneurial abilities of local women. The training started on November 22, 2019 (2076/08/06) and is still ongoing, with 10 participants actively involved. Through this training, participants are learning how to design and make crystal necklaces and related accessories, helping them develop skills that can contribute to small-scale business opportunities. The program has encouraged participants to explore their creativity and build confidence toward financial independence.
