Kirtipur Municipality and WEC organized a 15-day livelihood training for women, marginalized, and conflict-affected groups from 4 February 2019 to 18 February 2019 AD, engaging 31 participants. The training focused on practical skills related to handicrafts, tailoring, and small business management. Participants gained new knowledge to improve their income opportunities and economic independence through cushion and cushion cover making. The initiative not only supported skill enhancement but also promoted inclusion, confidence, and empowerment among women from diverse backgrounds.
