On 7 March 2021, the 111th International Women’s Day was celebrated in collaboration with Kirtipur Jaycees at the Women Empowerment Centre meeting hall. During the event, Ms. Bharti Silwal Giri delivered a talk focusing on gender equality, social inclusion, and government policy formulation. Similarly, Advocate Sushma Baral shared insights on women’s rights, current laws and policies in the constitution, and their implementation. A total of 60 participants attended this one-day program, which highlighted the importance of gender justice and women’s empowerment in policy and practice.
